We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic - centrally located and close to transportation. The staff were kind and welcoming, offering us tea upon arrival. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The location was also convenient, close to the heart of the city and many attractions were within walking distance. the daily breakfast offered was delicious and a good start to the day.
My stay was not without issues. The shower was bitterly cold, making it challenging to wash properly.

During my recent Christmas stay, I appreciated the warm welcome and complimentary tea. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, being situated in a central area. the rooms were well-priced and affordable.
There were several aspects of the hotel that detracted from my experience. the shower was cold and the shared bathroom door was difficult to close.
